Uses：Tetrachyldecanol ascorbate is a cosmetic ingredient that has many functions, including brightening the skin, promoting collagen synthesis and inhibiting lipid peroxidation. Tetrahexyldecanol ascorbate, a derivative of vitamin C, is stable at high temperatures and has good solubility in oils. Tetrachyldecanol ascorbate has excellent skin absorption and is decomposed into free vitamin C in the skin for physiological functions. Tetrahexyldecanol ascorbate is approved as a pharmacoid-like activity in Japan (at 3% concentration) and is also registered as an active skin brightening ingredient in Korea (at 2% concentration). AT2H is an oil-soluble vitamin C derivative with antioxidant, melanin inhibition and whitening properties. Its high stability, not easy to be oxidized. The function is similar to VC, easy to be absorbed by the skin, absorption rate is 16.5 times of water-soluble vitamin C. Recommended amount: 0.05%-1%.
