Alpha-linolenic acid is one of the essential fatty acids in the body, which can break down blood clots and make blood flow smooth.Can reduce blood pressure, but also improve allergic dermatitis, hay fever, asthma and other diseases.
The World Health Organization (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) on the consumption of fat in the three fatty acid composition, solemnly recommend to the world, saturated fatty acid: monounsaturated fatty acid: polyunsaturated fatty acid = 1:1:1.Polyunsaturated fatty acids include linoleic acid and linolenic acid.
