Antimony trioxide is one of the earliest inorganic flame retardants, mainly as a flame retardant synergistic agent and halogen compounds, in their thermal decomposition process plays a role in flame retardant, and can replace some halogen compounds, can be used in plastics, rubber, chemical fiber, enamel, pigment, paint, glass, electronics and other industries.
Usage:
Antimony trioxide is often used in conjunction with halogens.
(1) It is applied to the flame retardant of plastic products such as modified plastics, cable materials, mining pipes, plastic coated cloth and artificial leather.
(2) Used as a filler and flame retardant in the rubber industry such as conveyor belts and cables.
(3) Used as a covering agent in enamel and ceramic products.
