Application: Thalidomide is a thalidomide analogue, an immunomodulator with antitumor activity. In vitro cytology test, it can inhibit hematopoietic tumor cell proliferation and induce apoptosis. In addition, permadomide inhibited the proliferation of lenalidomide resistant multiple myeloma cell lines and induced tumor cell apoptosis in lenalidomide-sensitive and lenalidomide resistant cell lines in combination with dexamethasone.
